A deliciously dark and intense ruby-red color. Ripe nose with plenty of red and especially black fruit. Forest berries, blackcurrant, and noble tones of cedar, vanilla, toast, and leather. Fine impressions of violets and spices complete the ensemble. Brilliant balance and pleasant mouthfeel. Due to the significant amount of Merlot and the ripe character of the Cabernet, this wine is already very seductive even when young, although it still has a brilliant future ahead.
It pairs perfectly with Tuscan specialties such as ham and salami, pork, veal, and refined beef such as Piemontese and Chianina. It also complements soft, briefly aged cheeses.

Exclusive edition of 2000 bottles. Manual harvest with strict selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 30 days with regular pumpovers. Then, malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, 70% of which are new. The wine then ages for 16 months in these barrels before being blended, and it spends another 6 months in stainless steel tanks to increase stability and homogeneity.
