Bright light yellow color. Malvasia Puntinata, the basis of Frascati, but here in pure form. Nice and exotic and aromatic with a clear mineral undertone. After the tropical fruit, hazelnuts, orange blossom, herbs and a salty touch emerge. Nice and soft and lush with a refreshing and long finish.
Delicious with seafood, risotto, various fish preparations, poultry, soft cheeses, Asian cuisine in general and a classic spaghetti carbonara.

The proximity of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west is also important; cool sea breezes temper the drier, warmer temperatures on the coast, while the mountainous area is subject to various macroclimates despite being protected by the Apennines from the cold winds coming from the northeast.

100% Malvasia Puntinata. Hand-picked grapes that undergo a gentle pressing. Fermentation in 40hl stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Maturation on its yeast in stainless steel vats.
