Deep ruby red color. Intense nose of black currants, black olives and plums. More complex aromas such as cedarwood, leather, coffee, vanilla and a hint of cocoa emerge after rolling. Nice balance and structure with fine and perfectly integrated Tannins. Once in the mouth, the taste opens up even more and results in an impressively long finale. Comparable to the famous 'Super Tuscans' in Tuscany.
Ideal in combination with hearty game dishes such as wild boar, but also in itself a wine experience not to be forgotten quickly.
