Beautiful ruby red color with intense sparkle. Fresh red and black fruits come out of the glass. The clean nose is accompanied by slightly spicy notes and a fine pepper. The ripe fruit is in perfect balance with acids and tannins. Smooth but sturdy style that is easy to put up with. The aftertaste is nice and smooth but lingers in the mouth for a while. Younger and slightly less solid version of the Deeper tasting 'Torami'.
Rich meat dishes, delicate game such as roebuck or doe, lamb, tasty pastas, risotto or hearty cheeses.
