Warm, soft, yellow color. Ripe notes of citrus, orange blossom and honey out of the glass. Fruity style that can no longer be called really dry, but it is certainly not a dessert wine either. Its mineral properties and citrus character balance its sweetness nicely and keep the tension in the wine.
Its ripe character goes perfectly with fatty and spicy fish dishes, vegetarian curries and white meat.
