Harvested by hand in small baskets. After careful pressing, the juice is fermented in large stainless tanks at temperatures between 28-30°. Maceration on the skins for 12-13 days with regular pumping. Afterwards the wine rests for 7-8 months in large Slavic oak barrels. A year after the harvest, the wine is bottled and remains in the bottle for another 5-6 months.
