Garnet red color with a beautiful intensity and deeper ruby red nuances. Delicious aromas of exotic fruit (apricots), dried flowers, red fruit jam and notions of fine spices such as pink pepper, cinnamon and tobacco. The taste is dry, full, engaging and with a long, perfectly balanced final. This is simply a large and extraordinary wine! AWARDS: 94 pts Wine Enthusiast
Is an extraordinary taste experience in itself but is also a noble and delicious companion to tasteful meat dishes such as ripened steak, roast beef, lamb crown and refined game preparations such as deer possibly accompanied by some delicious truffle. Even with strong cheeses such as Fontina, Taleggio and Castelmagno, it is unmissable.

The grapes are hand picked and sorted with the greatest care. Long maceration for 18-20 days in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with regular pumping of the juice under a temperature of 28-30°. Maturation occurs first for 12 months in Slavic oak barrels of 50 hectoliters. This is followed by a finish on smaller barriques of 20 hectoliters. 2 years after the harvest, the wine is bottled and stored for 7-8 months in the cellars before it appears on the market.
