Single varietal Pinot Nero. Grapes are handpicked and after slight pressing, are left to macerate stainless steel tanks for 5 – 8 days. In the course of the maceration, addition to alcoholic fermentation, the process of malolactic fermentation also takes place. Aged for 12 months in 225 liters oak barrels (barriques), partly in French wood and partly American oak, used for the first time.
