climate

The climate is a mediterenean with mild winters with little precipitation. The proximity of the Andes and the Pacific Ocean determine and regulate the weather and provide cooling during the night. The vineyards in the east of the valley are cooled by the Andes more than the rest and give grapes with a firmer acidity.

vinification

A mix of warm and cooler vineyards that provide a full, creamy but also dry and refreshing Chardonnay. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature to guarantee its pure and fresh character. After a short maturation of about 5 months, the wine is then bottled.
