The soil here is characterized by a good limestone composition and granite rocks. Poor soil on top oblige the vine to search deeply with its roots.

Maceration at a low temperature, static cold decantation of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 2 months. Barrelaged Vermentino. Selected vineyard with a production of only 3500 bottles.
