Beautiful, glossy cherry red color with ruby red reflection that evolves more towards garnet red with brown/orange reflection with aging. Aromas of cherries/cherries and roses with hints of leather, tobacco and cloves. Full and powerful character that displays a remarkable finesse and balance. Impressive, long finish.
A wine that every wine lover likes to discover by itself or to enjoy with refined (grilled) meat dishes and game such as doe, roebuck and wild boar.

In October, the grapes are picked by hand. After careful pressing, the skins are macerated for 19 days and the fermentation is started in cement vats under controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in large wooden barrels for 40 months. It then matures for another six months in bottle before being released on the market.
