Clear, ruby red color. Cherries, plums and other red fruits immediately drift out of the glass. A hint of almonds and a delicate spiciness emerge afterwards. Pleasant style that showcases a low acidity. Full, soft final accompanied by a fine bitterness.
Dolcetto's low acidity makes it accessible for many dishes and occasions. Barbecue, white meat, red meat, pasta, pizza but also vegetarian dishes and poultry.
