100% Nebbiolo. After careful pressing, the juice undergoes a maceration of 9 days and the fermentation is started on stainless steel. After 5 months, the wine is transferred to a mix of large and small barrels. The wine is then bottled after 9 months.
Be sure to try it with a delicious piece of Piemontese meet and fine game such as doe and roebuck are also highly recommended.
